Being able to pour a quick cup of coffee on the way out the door or bring a steaming hot bowl of bone broth to sip on for lunch in the car makes a busy keto lifestyle easier.

This is the best travel mug I’ve ever used. It keeps drinks hot for hours. It has a lock to enable you to seal it up and throw in a bag and then take it out and shake it up without spilling a drop. It’s dishwasher safe, the lid opens up and the mouth of the cup is wide enough to fit your hand in making it extremely easy to clean. It has a button that needs to be pressed to drink so you can safely leave it sitting unattended without fear that small children will spill your favourite fat bomb coffee.

I’ve been using these mugs for years now. They come in a two-pack at Costco or Amazon and it seems as though each year the design and colours slightly change so I usually buy a new pack each year when they go on sale around Christmas.
